The Night Before School

The night before the first day of school can be a little scary. But with cute stories and fun sing-along songs those “night before jitters” will calm young minds and get them excited for the first day of school. Kids will meet Meme, a little furry monster and learn about her adventures on her first day at school. Then they will listen to a funny story about “show and tell” and find out what happens when one student’s pet snake gets out of the box. Finally, kids will sing songs and learn about the qualities of being a “good” friend. Learning about showing kindness, taking turns, being helpful, and appreciating each other’s differences will encourage kids to learn about friendship.
